跨国公司R&D全球化是指跨国公司从其全球化经营战略出发,根据自身的技术实力与战略目标,在全球范围内配置R&D资源,构建全球R&D 网络体系。全球化与本地化是跨国公司技术研发的两大趋势,选取跨国公司经营战略的视角,探讨两种研发方式背后的动机和战略导向,并基于其战略差异对全球化和本地化研发的区位模式选择和组织形式进行对比分析,从而总结出跨国公司研发活动的意义所在。本文对R&D的技术创新效应进行了全面的分析,并总结了跨国公司的基本理论,在此基础之上概括了跨国公司 R&D 全球化战略的表现,并提出了跨国公司 R&D 在中国本地化战略的表现,以期为跨国公司在中国进行研发的布局提出有益探索。
Multi-National Corporation R&D globalization refers to the Multi-National Corporation from its global business strategy, according to the technical strength and their strategic goals, configuration of R&D resources in the global scope, construction of the global R&D network system.
